THE REASON FOR THIS INFORMATION

On this page you will find a description of the management procedures of the site regarding the handling of the personal data of the users that consult it. This privacy policy is also provided in accordance with section 13 of Italian legislative decree n. 196/2003 - Code on the protection of personal data to those who interact with the web services accessible on-line starting from the following address: http://www.cadeberna.it
The privacy policy is provided only for the site in question and not for other web sites that may be consulted by the user through links. The privacy policy is also based on Recommendation n. 2/2001 which the European authorities, together with the group instituted by art. 29 of directive n. 95/46/EC adopted on 17 May 2001 for the protection of personal data in order to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on-line and in particular the procedures, times and nature of the information that the data managers must provide the users when they connect to the web page regardless of the purposes of the connection.

LOCATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The processing connected with the web services of this site takes place at HOTEL CADEBERNA and is dealt with by the technical personnel of the department assigned to personal data processing, or by personnel assigned to occasional maintenance operations.
None of the data acquired through the web service is disclosed or disseminated.

The personal data provided by the users who send requests for informative material (bulletins, Cd-rom, newsletters, annual reports, answers to enquiries, documents and provisions, etc.) is used for the sole purpose of providing the service or action requested and is disclosed to third parties only when necessary for accomplishing the said purpose.

Navigation data

The IT systems and software procedures assigned to the operation of this web site acquire, during the course of their normal operation, some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This data is not collected for the purpose of association with identified persons but, by virtue of its nature, it could be used to identify the users by means of processing and association with the data held by third parties.
This category includes IP addresses or names in the domain of computers used by the users who connect to the site, addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the dimension of the file received in the reply, the numeric code indicating the state of the reply given by the server (successful outcome, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating systems and the IT environment of the user.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to monitor its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used for ascertaining responsibility in the case of possible cyber offences to the detriment of the site: except in the case of this eventuality, the data on web contacts is not held for more than seven days in the current state of affairs.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated in this site leads to the successive acquisition of the sender’s e-mail address which is necessary for replying to requests, in addition to any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summary information will be contained displayed progressively in the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

COOKIES

Our site uses only cookies of a technical type. No personal data of the users is purposely acquired by the site.
Profiling cookies are not used for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor the so-called persistent cookies of any kind used to trace users, nor the cookies of third parties.
The use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored in a persistent way on the user’s computer and which disappear on closing the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identity data (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe efficient exploration of the site.

For completeness, the reader is reminded that in some cases (not considered in the routine management of this site) the Authority may require updates and information pursuant to section 157 of Italian legislative decree n. 196/2003, for the purposes of control over the processing of personal data. In these cases the reply is obligatory on pain of a fine.

METHOD OF PROCESSING

Personal data is processed using automated instruments for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
Specific safety measures are taken to prevent the loss of data, illegal or improper uses and unauthorised access.

USER RIGHTS

The subjects to which the personal data refers have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the said data and to know the content and origin, to verify its exactness or request additions, updates or amendments (section 7 of Italian legislative decree n. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same article the user has the right to request deletion, transformation into anonymous form or block of the data processed in violation of the law and to oppose its processing in all cases for legitimate reasons.
